The table is made of high-strength cast iron with a high load capacity that ensures processing stability. The rotary table is an optional accessory available.

A linear roller guide is used in the X, Y and Z axes. In order to achieve high precision and heavy cutting, the X/Y/Z axis of the HPCIl series adopts a linear roller guide.

The spindle has small rotational inertia, fast start/stop speed and greatly reduces vibration during high-speed operation to ensure machining accuracy and precision. It also includes a thermostatic cooling system in order to achieve stable spindle accuracy and reduce thermal deformation of the spindle.

Its horizontal machining centres are a solution for machining parts in the automotive and heavy machinery sectors. Some of the parts that can be machined in aluminium are clutch housing, front subframe, knuckles and cylinder block. As well as parts made of other materials such as the valve block, gearbox or air compressor housing.
