Haitian Precision’s horizontal machining centres are a prime example of superior production performance.

The table is made of high-strength cast iron with a high load capacity that ensures processing stability. The rotary table is an optional accessory available.

A linear roller guide is used in the X, Y and Z axes. In order to achieve high precision and heavy cutting, the X/Y/Z axis of the HPCIl series adopts a linear roller guide.

The spindle has small rotational inertia, fast start/stop speed and greatly reduces vibration during high-speed operation to ensure machining accuracy and precision. It also includes a thermostatic cooling system in order to achieve stable spindle accuracy and reduce thermal deformation of the spindle.

Its horizontal machining centres are a solution for machining parts in the automotive and heavy machinery sectors. Some of the parts that can be machined in aluminium are clutch housing, front subframe, knuckles and cylinder block.
